    St Bart's News

The latest information about school and our community

    Dear Families and Friends,

Welcome back and welcome to a new academic year. It has been an eventful summer and we hope that you have all had a wonderful time.

This first week of the new term has been jam-packed, and it has been absolutely delightful seeing the children again and meeting those new to us. I have been in and around every class, talking with the children and filming a lot of activity to share on our new website. We launch this very soon, including a new app called MarvellousMe. Class 6 are trialling this great way of sharing good news with you all, and we think it will be a fabulous way to make you even more proud of your children. Your personal log-in details will be coming home soon. It will be the main way of sharing messages with you too, so make sure you download the MarvellousMe app in readiness. (This replaces the "School App" which is no longer supported.)

School Gateway will still be the way to book clubs and activities. (There will be a link on the MarvellousMe app.) Staff-run clubs will be starting on 16th September, and details will be shared with you next week. Everything will be linked to our new website too, including our social media. This weekly news will continue but, again, will be hosted on our web site. If you no longer wish to receive this, please use the unsubscribe link below.

If you shop as Asda, you can help support our school by using their "Cashpot for Schools" initiative. Every small amount will help our funds.

I hope that all of our children are captivated by all that they learn this coming year - and find joy in the next chapter of the St Bart's story.

    Yours sincerely,

Mr. Restall & The St Bart's Team
